Oliver has 18 years experience in leading multidiciplinary R&D teams in the design and development of many cutting edge Diagnostics systems and their associated manufacturing processes. He has held numerous senior posts within the medical device and diagnostics industry including CEO, CTO and R&D Director both within small start up companies and large established multinational Blue Chip organisations.

Dr Yvonne Carella, Director
Yvonne has worked in the Diagnostics, Paper, Chemistry & Physics sectors for 6 years where she has held middle management and senior level roles both in start-ups, academia and larger organisations. She has set up and led Business Development operations, Product Development teams and managed funding awards. She has also established a strong, global network of key opinion leaders, industrial and academic contacts. Her main areas of expertise include:
